The hotel has an excellent location by the lake, close to the city center, and the nearby mall. the room is clean and well, equipped with a mini, fridge and a locker. the bathroom is neat and tidy, with hot water available all day. the staff is quite helpful, and the breakfast menu has multiple options, including continental and north Indian dishes.
The hotel staff's training seems to be lacking. Some guests have experienced long delays in service, and there have been issues with check, in and luggage handling.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to the famous temple which was only 6-7 km away. The rooftop restaurant provided a stunning view of the city. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. I especially liked the free coffee in the room, which was a nice touch.

Had a great city break in an affordable hotel with excellent staff and breakfast was fantastic — the most extensive buffet I have ever seen, with many local dishes. The rooms were clean, and the hotel had a fantastic location in the heart of the city, near the major attractions. the hotel had a free shuttle service to nearby points of interest, which was very convenient when traveling with my family.
The hotel's facilities were a bit outdated, with a few signs of wear and tear, but that's a tiny complaint considering the price I paid. , the room's view was not as impressive as I'd hoped, yet I spent most of my time exploring the city, so this was not a significant issue.

I spent my Easter break at this hotel and had a great experience! the rooftop restaurant was definitely a highlight. It had an amazing view and the food was delicious. the hotel was conveniently located close to a park where I could take walks and enjoy nature. Another great aspect was the friendly staff who were always ready to help.
